Is it just me?

This has been on my mind for a while and I am tired of thinking about it and I’m just going to ask you all about it. Well….see….when I go work out in the morning, I jump on the treadmill next to the Blonde Bombshell who runs like the Bionic Woman, and as I start walking, I notice that my face, neck and nose itch. Don’t laugh, this is serious stuff, Ok, you can laugh, I have. So now I am really self-conciece(?) about it and the more I try to stop scratching my face the more irritating it gets. Like if a hair is tickling my face or my nose tickles, I rub it away. This morning I watched the lady next to me and she didn’t touch her face but one time, compared to my 5 times. So is anyone following me with this? My only conclusion is that the vibration of the treadmill makes my face tickle and that’s why I scratch it. Or maybe it’s the friction that is created between my thighs that is carried up to my face. Whatever it is, is driving me nuts. That’s my diary excerpt from my Gym Journal. Respond to my craziness! WORK HARD LADIES! Rebecca

  1. Rebecca, you are hilarious. Perhaps Blonde Bombshell is wearing some perfume that is “giving you a rash.”

Now that’s a whole other subject that I could go off on. I have been next to some overly-scented folks! FYI-NEVER wear perfum or scented lotion to the Gym! Love ya

you are so dang hilarious! Maybe your face is itching because you are sweating?

Try drinking some extra water before you go. 2 cups the hour before (unless you’re asleep), 2 cups during workout, and 2 cups afterwards. Sometimes my scalp really itches when I’m working out, but not as much when I’m properly hydrated.

Blonde probably has frozen facial muscles from Botox.

  5. Eve says:

Even if she itches she can’t feel it.
