I read this article on my Health magazine newsletter about a new running technique called ChiRunning that can help some runners lessen pain and injury. Runners, check it out.

That is so funny! The running group I run with on Wednesday has brought up the Chirunning technique. The overall impression is that some of the ideas are great but others (a lot) are a bit out there. For the beginning runner this is not your book because it covers many different things to think about while running. Most of us beginning runners can only process a couple of things during our runs – not 50. Great ideas – maybe too many and too complex. DVD is supposed to be pretty good.
