Hey Sisters. So finally here are the pictures of the lifting regimen I blogged about a while back. Josh helped me get these links put together. Lets all give a shout-out to our tech man! =)
There are quite a few of these exercises that are performed with gym equipment, but don’t worry if you don’t have a gym membership…you can adjust the exercises to work with hand weights only. The key idea is that you are performing three or four exercises per muscle group. Print these pages and take them with you when you exercise.
Tip for getting the best result – push yourself with the weight amounts. by the time you get done with each set, your muscle should be near or at fatigue. Let me know if you have any questions.

You can work abs and calves every day…that’s what the experts say anyway.
