Hey all! Most of you know that I popped out my little “sister b” a week or so ago and all is well. I am sure glad she is out and in my arms. She is a sweet little girl….yes, even through the screaming/crying spells. The transition from one child to two has been interesting….to say the least. But we are surviving. My recovery has been quick and pretty much pain free. I have been out walking the neighborhood a bit, but I am dying to get in a good ol’ sweat dripping workout. You know you are obsessed when you crave a killer workout. Anyhoot, not to worry, I am not going to go out and train for a triathlon next week….maybe the week after =). I need life to settle down a bit more before I can actually get to the gym. For now the only calorie burning activity for me is breastfeeding a zillion times each day. By the way, my appetite has increase by plate-fulls. It’s ridiculous how hungry I get. Whom ever made up the myth that you loose weight while nursing needs to die.
Thank you all for your love and support with the new baby. I couldn’t have done it without my sisters.

Kara Renee Becraft – Born March 16th – 8lbs, 9 oz.
Bragging rights-Sara rocked her delivery. She forgot to tell you that it only took 2 1/2 hours for her to push Kara out and I think it’s because of her fabulous health. She has great stamina and endurance and that shows. She looks like a million bucks too! Congrats Sara for keeping in shape during pregnancy and being ready to get back into it soon!
love ya,reb
Congratulations!!! She is adorable!
