I’m actually making progress! I think. I have been pushing myself really hard to get into running and re-establish my 5 a.m. workouts. I have been going and progressing the minutes that I run. I started at 5 minute intervals and now I’m at 2, 10 minute runs. Then after being on the treadmill 30 min., I jump on the Eliptical for 20 more to burn more fat! I cut my weights so I can push the cardio for weight loss only. Ofcourse the numbers aren’t changing, but my body is! It feels great and I never thought running was for me. And I don’t want anyone of you gals to think that you have to run just because some of us are. Any cardio is great! I have been encouraged to run a race but just haven’t found the desire to do it yet. I’ll stick to the gym untill I’m running 40 minutes straight then maybe I’ll try. Alright-the kids are going nuts-gotta stop writing. Good luck to all.

Hurray Rebecca! Another Sullivan converted to running. Not one of us kids has the running body, but we sure do have the drive and endurance. You got me beat! 10 minutes straight? I am so proud….Jillian would be too!
