LOVE IT

Thanks Rachel and Josh for our terrific new site. This is much easier! I started over mentally with my weight loss journey a little over a week ago. I’m happy to report that at my first weigh in after recommitting myself I lost 4.2 lbs.  Yeah for me!  My goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month. I’m going on a cruise with a friend and that is giving me a good dose of motivation. I’ve noticed something this week. Since I’ve been so well, it’s been easier for me to do my workouts at the gym. It’s amazing that what we put into our bodies effects it in every way. I’m doing the core plan with weight watchers. Have any of the rest of you tried this?  I’ve tried it before and the longest i’ve lasted was a week. I’m determined to do it for the entire month of January so if any of you know of any great CORE meals or snack combinations let me know!
