I did it, I went out and bought myself a scale. I know I said I would never do that again, but I have a much better relationship with this one than I did my old one. And that is because the numbers are going down!! Actually without my scale I just ate whatever and didn’t care. When I had my scale before I ate whatever and didn’t care and hated it for showing me either no change or numbers going up! Now that I have committed to being healthy I find the scale to be a good way for me to measure and keep tabs on my progress. I have lost 6 pounds in the last two weeks—after faltering for awhile. I had bought myself a pair of size 14 jeans as a motivation to fit into them, and guess what, they fit after two weeks! And they aren’t even tight. I was so happy. I have been following the Suzanne Somers eating plan which I had tried to start before but didn’t quite understand it all. For some reason it is so much easier this time. I just was always so hungry and drained of energy when I did weight watchers. I really enjoy this Somersizing eating plan and it’s something I could do for life. And the great thing is that the weight is coming off without much extra exercise (I used to try to exercise twice a day). Now I just do three times a week. I guess the goal is to find what works for you, it’s taken me awhile but finally I found something that’s working for me! And I’m not in a grouchy bad mood anymore. (My family says, Hooray!)
Hello,
Just wanted to say….keep up the good work Somersizing!! I love it too. It is THE way to eat. My family and I will always be thin and healthy thanks to Somersizing, and it’s always a joy to encounter another Somersizer.
Keep it up!
