Hey ladies! So, I finally got myself going on regular exercise again. In the early morning if you can believe that. Last week I hobbled/walked 3 days, did yoga 1 day and did major gardening twice. I’m keeping it up this week also. Next week I’ll shoot for a few days of walking and then a few days of weights at the gym. Despite being incredibly sore and dealing with sciatic pain, I’m really enjoying my morning exercise. And whatta ya know, I have more energy during the day and patience with my kids.
Now if I can just get myself back on my bike…
