pedometer
I was inspired by fast-walkin’ pedometer-totin’ Tina, so I asked for and got a pedometer for my birthday. However, I should’ve listened to Tina when she said that her average steps per day (without workout) were less than she thought and the hope of getting in the “active” 10,000 steps per day level seemed unreachable. My average (and Tina’s was around this number, too) is barely 3500! And that’s with running after kids all day. I don’t expect that I’ll be reaching 10,000 anytime soon, but man, I need to get my rear in gear.
I’m at a FED-UP point. I’m just sick and tired of my weight issues. I’m at my highest weight ever now and that is so depressing. I am hoping, if the budget allows, to start WW again after our road trip to Idaho/Utah. Somebody, please KICK ME IN THE BUTT!

KICK KICK KICK! Let’s DO IT! I have lived off Sara’s inspiration and you can use some of her motivation too. If Sara can loose that amount of weight, then Damn It, so can we. (sorry Mom) You already enjoy eating healthy and now it’s time to perfect that organic side. I believe in you and love you no matter what weight you are. LET’S GET FIRED UP! GO MILLERS!
Love ya
