I Promise

I, Rebecca, do promise, on this the 30th day of March, that for the next week (7 days) I will do my Weight Watchers Flex Program PERFECTLY!!!!!! I will track all my food, every day, and also track my water. I will excersise 5 days and will do 80 sit-up/crunches for the next 5 days. If I make a major mistake, I will imidiately change my thoughts and continue on my progression forward, not backwards.

Sorry, but I haven’t been very honest with myself for the last 2 weeks and I’m tired of wasting my time and money. So I am making this promise to all of you in hopes that I will be responsible for my actions and report my progress at the end of 7 days. I know this journey is going to take a lot of work so I need to get to it! Thanks for being there.

    I had a great day! I took my spinning class, tracked all my food and did great, and did my 80 sit ups during dancing with the stars. I feel great and gonna keep at it tomorrow!

    Way to take charge Rebecca! You have the power to make this happen. I decided to write down every single thing that goes into my mouth this week as well. The good and the bad. Just remember that if you do slip up or go over, you do have the extra flex points to use if you need to. And don’t forget to track your exercise correctly. Tracking is the only way WW will work. Trust me. I love you and I know you can do this! You too Rachel!

    Managed to get through day 2 with only a few extra points. My cardio class was better then usual and I almost forgot my sit-ups. Got too busy watching Idol and Biggest looser! But got it done. Wish me luck for day 3!
