		<description>Managed to get through day 2 with only a few extra points.  My cardio class was better then usual and I almost forgot my sit-ups. Got too busy watching Idol and Biggest looser!  But got it done.  Wish me luck for day 3!</description>

		<description>Way to take charge Rebecca!  You have the power to make this happen.  I decided to write down every single thing that goes into my mouth this week as well.  The good and the bad.  Just remember that if you do slip up or go over, you do have the extra flex points to use if you need to.  And don't forget to track your exercise correctly.  Tracking is the only way WW will work.  Trust me.  I love you and I know you can do this!  You too Rachel!</description>
