I went to the yoga class tonight at the gym. It’s the first yoga class I’ve been to in several years. Yay for me! It did kick my butt, but it also felt great to be back doing something for my body that I really enjoy. Namaste.

Uhhhhh, what the freak is namaste? Is that a noodle or japanese paste or what? Oh, I get it, I have to go to yoga to figure it out! does Emma know what it means? Great job sis! I’m 3 for 3 days this week.
