I’m Gonna PUMP~You Up!!

So we have 7 weeks till we leave for AZ for Christmas and James is determined to have both of us lose 40 lbs each! (I love his high reaching goals!) So he made up this serious work out and eating plan for us to follow. I am required to do 30 min. of hard cardio each day followed by some serious weights! He has me doing 4 sets of 12-15 reps. That’s a lot! It really pushes me but I told James that if I start growing pecks and get a low voice I’m gonna quit! I also started my Weigh To Go class where we weigh in at the church every Tuesday and follow a point system for our weekly goals. I’m finally motivated and hope to build on it. As for 40 lbs by Christmas?-not too sure about that but I’ll try my hardest! Is any one running the Turkey Trot in Springfield this year? Thinking about it! Love you all!

    I am proud of you Rebecca…especially getting the guts to go downstairs with the hard-bodies. You show them who’s boss. Grunting helps. Just try not to fart.
