Is anyone alive out there!? It’s been awfully quiet! Maybe Facebook took over our conversations! 2010 is going to be a great year! I am still working out hard at the gym with my new partner. She pushes me hard and I appriciate it a lot! We anticipate that in a month we will have to bump up our intensity and go even harder! I am very happy at the gym. I even manage to run 3 miles twice a week. That’s where running and I are comfortable. My sis-in-law Mary posted this quote on her facebook and I loved it so much that I wanted to share it!
